ICER is re-launching the ICER Chronicle after a hiatus caused by the coronavirus pandemic and ICER leadership changes. The re-launch includes plans for two digital, online issues each year, with less emphasis on academic articles and more emphasis on activities by or topics of interest to regional organisations.
The updated publication will be redesigned as a contemporary magazine with quality graphics and great storytelling.

The ICER Chronicle is open to submissions from regulators, academia, industry, consultants, and others (such as consumer groups).
