Final Advice on the Community-wide Ten-year Electricity Network Development Plan

This document sets out ERGEG’s advice for the development of the Community-wide ten-year electricity network development plan. The advice focuses on both the Community-wide ten-year network development plan and the regional investment plans (which are formed on the basis of national plans and should be consistent with each other). It maps the roles and responsibilities of the involved parties and presents the regulatory criteria applied in the opinion-forming process. The main tasks in the planning process, stakeholders’ involvement and the contents of the Community-wide ten-year network development plan are also identified. ERGEG will use this document when giving its duly reasoned opinion on the ENTSO-E draft Community-wide ten-year network development plan.
