Advice on the take-off of a demand response electricity market with smart meters

With this Advice, CEER aims at enhancing the implementation of demand response with household customers and small and medium sized businesses. We seek to describe the roles and responsibilities for different market actors in order to realise demand response. We also list what we regard as prerequisites for performing demand response.
