CEER response to draft THINK report: “From distribution networks to smart distribution systems: Rethinking the regulation of European DSOs”

The Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) welcomes the draft THINK report: “From distribution networks to smart distribution systems: Rethinking the regulation of European DSOs” and their call for a review of traditional regulatory approaches to facilitate the incorporation of distributed energy resources into the grid. This document sets out CEER’s response to the THINK draft consultation document. It draws upon the work that is currently being progressed by CEER and individual National Regulatory Authorities (NRA).
