CEER report “Dynamic NRAs to Boost Innovation”

This document presents the state of play of Dynamic Regulation from NRAs’ perspective. It highlights the understanding, main developments and approaches of Dynamic Regulation in the energy sector. The document seeks to support discussions on CEER’s strategy. The aim of this deliverable is to provide a state of play in terms of “if” and “how” NRAs deal with Dynamic Regulation in a transversal perspective.
